just a simple Noemie.. to remind ppl that dun watch my journal, that I have a contest going on..

hehe, I added something to noemie that he didn't have before..
hmm.. maybe the reason why he wears the feather boa all the time
probally got it from a fight in his young days, or while getting a story for "the quibbler"

I also added the blue wings so he could join the thing =jonasfx has going on..
his tired angel project!! Noemie is such an good angel xD pfffffff~
